“We employed GL Property Maintenance Limited to adapt and overcome problems at my parents’ home, which is a 1930’s semi. The work carried out was to adapt the home to one suitable for elderly people who struggle to move without walking aids. “GL Property Maintenance were recommended locally. I asked them to remove brickwork between two small windows and replace with a large one. They suggested how to keep the works in keeping with the style of the rest of the house. They arrived when promised, were friendly and helpful, and I left them to get on with the work. They came across a problem and brought in a plumber to fix it the next morning, ensuring the works were not held up. Everything was completed to a great quality and they were very tidy. We are really pleased with the new door and window replacement for our porch GL installed . It has greatly improved the appearance warmth and security of our house. Andy and Rob and Joanna, were really helpful and standard of work and timing were exemplary.

There are many home maintenance companies around who, frankly, are jack of all trades but master of none. GL Property Maintenance are
a rare exception. Our four-year-old house had serious damp issues around two UPVC bi-folds, a standard window and the garage door. Sloppy and often incorrect installation was at the root but GL quickly identified the underlying causes and sorted them with skill and professionalism. A number of other unrelated jobs were also completed for us to the same high standards and cleanliness. GL are simply the best maintenance company we have ever used,
